The best of all things for 2011 to everyone. Thank you for your continued support through difficult times. With your help we will continue to provide rehabilitation and a safe haven for rescued horses. No doubt 2011 will present challenges, but we will rise to meet them. We are lucky in that the Rescue has many good friends out there, and dedicated volunteers. Winter can be a depressing time with its long nights and cold temperatures, but earth’s renewal will come, as it always does, and our spirits will be lifted once more by the first blush of green as nature starts to dress up the drab grays of trees and hedgerows. As the old Irish blessing goes:
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,
may God hold you in the palm of His hand.
